These general conditions of sale are intended to define the conditions which are concluded remote sales, particularly through the website www.ujvr.fr with consumers located in France, and they are the law of parties.
Article 2: Order
THE UNION OF YOUNG GRAPE WINE GROWERS honor orders made in the terms of these Conditions of Sale and in the stocks. The minimum order is 12 bottles.
If out of stock, the UNION OF YOUNG GRAPE WINE GROWERS undertakes to provide lead times needed to obtain the desired product or provide a replacement product.
THE UNION OF YOUNG GRAPE WINE GROWERS reserves the right, for every new client, ask him documentary evidence of identity and address, before the final confirmation of the first order.
The placing of an order implies acceptance by the Customer of Terms The preparation and shipment of an order can only be implemented upon receipt of payment.
Article 3: Price
