Vineyard
UVJR works 60 hectares of vineyard situated on very steep hills in Vercheny, Aurel, Barsac and Saint Sauveur en Diois, that is to say on the better soil of the appellation.
Vines are emphasized by the utilisation of the reasoned struggle against diseases and parasites, only the organics fertilisers are used for the fertilisation.
The cellar
Union des Jeunes Viticulteurs Récoltants gathered all its production equipments in a modern cellar of 3 000 m2 on the ground.
For the elaboration of its products, the company has acquired high performances machines and uses modern techniques for bottling guarantied the quality of wines.
