Baked sea bass with potatoes

Ingredients:

2 sea bass

2 potatoes

1 onion

Salt

Olive oil

 

Method:

Heat the oven to 150°C

Wash and peel the potatoes

Cut the potatoes and onion into fine slices

Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and tose with olive oil

Bake in oven for 30 minutes

Open the sea bass and place them on the potatoes. Add a pinch of salt and tose with olive oil

Bake in oven for 10 minutes and serve
